We have cultivate project opportunities for support roles (see below posts), and gardening/greenspace management.

Our only requirement is that you are over 16 years old. We are happy to talk to work coaches and colleges regarding placements. We would ideally be looking for a regular commitment of 2 to 16 hours a week but could accommodate a smaller or larger amount of hours. We have a positive attitude to overcoming mental and physical challenges, we would love to work with you and support your journey to accessing the career you seek.

We are looking for volunteers to help run GIA CIC, we need help with all sorts of things including the website, social media, admin, YouTube video shoots, and gardening projects; in exchange for your time full training will be given, training certificates for gardening skills, possible external training and certificate for non-gardening roles, and references for employment.
